- Wider platform validation, governance, and sustainable maintainer processes remain
human/external work with their stated evidence boundaries.

Evidence before claims#
Vireo distinguishes implemented engineering from evaluated product quality. Automated checks can prove builds, contracts, security controls and deployments; they cannot prove that documentation is understandable or that teams want the product.
